H5039 ash free anti-wear hydraulic oil compound is a new type of compound additive developed by China Petroleum and Chemical Research Institute to replace imports. Used for modulating advanced high-pressure ash free anti-wear hydraulic oil, with a dosage of 0.8% (anti foaming agent needs to be added separately). Based on paraffin grade high viscosity index neutral oils (HVTS, HVIW), a series of products with viscosity grades of N32, N46, N68, and N100 can be formulated. This product has been evaluated for its physical and chemical properties and high-pressure pump bench in the laboratory. The product quality meets the national standard GB11118.1-2011L-HM mineral oil hydraulic oil superior quality standard, and the quality meets the requirements of DENISON HF-0 specification in the United States. At the same time, it can also meet the specifications of ISO11158-97, Vickers m-2950-s DIN 51524 (II), and Cincinnatimilarcon P-68 P-69 P-70, and its quality is equivalent to the current international level of similar advanced products.

Performance and Application:
This product does not contain zinc or other metal elements, and has excellent high-pressure extreme pressure anti-wear performance and thermal oxidation stability. The prepared hydraulic oils are mainly applied in the hydraulic systems with plunger pump pressure higher than 30.0 MPa and blade pump pressure between 14.0-17.5 MPa; Widely used in metallurgy, plastics, mining, and heavy engineering machinery equipment such as loaders, excavators, dump trucks, molding machines, presses, etc., hydraulic systems are ideal power transmission media and can reduce hydraulic machinery wear, extend machinery life, reduce oil consumption, lower costs, and increase efficiency.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
The temperature of this product should not exceed 60 ℃ during storage, loading and unloading, and oil blending; Long term storage, temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and do not let water enter. This product is non flammable and non explosive. General precautions for handling chemicals should be followed during use. If it comes into contact with the skin, it can be thoroughly washed with detergent, soap, and water.
Packaged in 200 liter iron drums, with a net weight of 200Kg per drum.
