Product Introduction:

H8069 is the latest developed low odor, environmentally friendly, ash free, high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil composite agent to replace imports. It is an upgraded product of our company's H5039, with good compatibility with Class II and III base oils and synthetic oils, good storage stability, and superior anti-wear, cleanliness, anti foaming, anti emulsification, and anti-corrosion properties. Its quality is comparable to the current international advanced products of the same kind.

This agent is used to prepare advanced high-pressure ash free anti-wear hydraulic oil, with a dosage of 0.8%. Based on paraffin grade high viscosity index neutral oils (HVTS, HVIW), a series of products with viscosity grades of N32,N46, N68, and N100 can be formulated. The product has been evaluated for its physical and chemical properties and high-pressure pump bench in the laboratory, and its quality meets the national standard GB11118.1-2011L - Mineral Oil Hydraulic Oil Quality Standard. The quality meets the requirements of DENISON HF-0 specification in the United States, and can also meet specifications such as IS011158-97, Vickers m-2950-s DIN 51524 (II), and cincinmati milacron P-68 P-69 P-70.

Performance and Application:

This product does not contain zinc or other metal elements, and has excellent high-pressure extreme pressure anti-wear performance and thermal oxidation stability. The anti-wear hydraulic oil formulated with it is mainly used in hydraulic systems with plunger pump pressure higher than 30.0Mpa and blade pump pressure of 14.0-17.5Mpa; Widely used in metallurgy, plastics, mining, and heavy engineering machinery equipment such as loaders, excavators, dump trucks, molding machines, presses, etc., hydraulic systems are ideal power transmission media and can reduce hydraulic machinery wear, extend machinery life, reduce oil consumption, lower costs, and increase efficiency.

Packaging, storage and transportation:

The temperature of this product should not exceed 60 ℃ during storage, loading and unloading, and oil blending; Long term storage, temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and do not let water enter. This product is non flammable and non explosive, and general precautions for handling chemicals should be followed during use. If it comes into contact with the skin, it can be thoroughly washed with detergent, soap, and water. 200 liter iron drum packaging, with a net content of 200Kg/drum.
